Panagiotis Moraitis, new CD Teruel player

C.D. Teruel signs Panagiotis Moraitis as a new first-team player for the 2026/27 season.

The 29-year-old Greek centre-forward, standing 1.80 m tall, joins to strengthen the rojillo attack after a long career in professional football. Last season he wore the Panionios shirt, playing 23 league matches and scoring 6 goals.

Throughout his career he has played for clubs such as AEL Larissa, Volos, Apollon Smyrnis, Borac Banja Luka, Budućnost Podgorica and Panachaiki, gaining experience both in Greek football and abroad. In the 2022/23 season he stood out with Apollon Smyrnis, scoring 18 goals in 26 matches.

Developed in the youth ranks of Panetolikos, Moraitis is a right-footed centre-forward who can also play coming in from the left wing. He was also a Greece under-21 international, earning three caps and scoring one goal.

Moraitis arrives at Pinilla to bring experience, goalscoring ability and new options to the rojillo attack.
