A 1.70 m winger, Edu Gallardo stands out for his pace, his ability to beat a man one-on-one and his capacity to stretch defences. His versatility allows him to play in different attacking positions, and his work rate across the front line is relentless.
Born in Palencia, he came through CD Palencia Cristo Atlético and spent four seasons at CF Talavera between Segunda and Primera RFEF, playing in different positions depending on the team's needs.
At CD Teruel he is a fixture in Kiko Ramírez's front three and has started since the first league matchday.
